It is planned for a meeting to take place in each of the Installed Masters Association Areas as shown on the dates below and will be open to any Mark Master Mason of the Province to attend. There will be a maximum of 40 participants in each of the areas and applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
To participate brethren will need either a PC equipped with Camera and Microphone or a Laptop with built in Camera and Microphone together with ZOOM video conference access. The Camera should be placed to show head and shoulders with the camera positioned at eye level. There should be no strong light sources behind the participant always the strongest light source must be behind the camera to illuminate the participants face.
The meetings will commence at 5pm and run for approximately 1 hour.

The meeting will be led by the Provincial Grand Master, with his co-Rulers’ present, during which they will provide information concerning the current situation and you will also have the opportunity to ask your own question.
It is requested that advance notice of any questions be sent using the interactive application link and a considered and comprehensive response can then be provided.
The Prov.Dep.G.Sec. will host the meeting which will be recorded.
